Villas and apartments are all fully equipped with kitchen, fridge, washing machine, TV, garden furniture, full range of crockery, bedding and bathroom linen etc...

Villas and apartments may be occupied from 4.00 p.m. onwards on arrival day and must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. on departure day.

Week-end : in low and mid season only with a minimum stay of 3 days or for the whole week end when there is a bank holiday.

Rates for more than one week in low season : 5 % reduction on the second week and 10 % on the third and following weeks.

Deposit : 500 €.
