| When you place your ad, Firstoasis manages (not exclusively) your bookings and undertakes to respond promptly to all requests, regardless of country or language of the applicant. Firstoasis fills out and sends to the tenant the booking form after acceptance and confirmation by the owner. The tenant will pay 50% on booking and 50% in cash upon arrival. The fee charged by Firstoasis agency is 20% of the rental price. (with the exception of properties located in Spain. Contact us for details). |
| Long term rental ads: |
| When you place your ad, Firstoasis manages (not exclusively) your bookings and undertakes to respond promptly to all requests regardless of country or language of the applicant. Firstoasis fills out and gets the rental form signed by the tenant after acceptance and confirmation by the owner. The tenant must pay the owner two months rent in advance (1 month rent as deposit + 1st month rent) when signing the contract. The fee charged by Firstoasis or his network estate agency is 10% of the annual rent. |

| When you place your ad, Firstoasis manages your property sale (not exclusively) and agrees to respond promptly to all requests, regardless of country or language of the applicant. If the sale is finalized by the buyer, Firstoasis or his network estate agency applies a fee of 4% of the final sale price. |
